The Neighborhood Services Division (NSD) connects more than 250 neighborhoods to City Hall. We help residents organize, advocate, and improve their communities through civic education, registration, grants, cleanups, and expos.
Neighborhood Services programs are open to all registered neighborhood associations in the City of Jackson. Follow the steps below to get started.
All associations must register through the City’s OpenGov portal. Registration requires:
At least one representative from your neighborhood must complete the Government 101 civic education course. This online training covers City departments, zoning, and service delivery.
