The City of Jackson provides Geographic Information System (GIS) maps to support residents, businesses, and community partners in accessing reliable location-based information.

Follow below steps to submit a GIS Map Request
Step 1. Create a Opengov account at

Step 2. Search
GIS Map Request
Step 3. Click
Apply Online tab.
Please include:
- The type of map you are requesting
- The location or area of interest (address, parcel ID, or neighborhood)
- The purpose of your request (e.g., business license application, planning project, community research)
- Step 4: Complete the steps and submit.
